We have asked a welfare center where individuals with physical or mental disabilities work to print braille on business cards for our executives.
By creating a new job of “braille business card creation,” we aim to generate employment and enhance understanding of braille itself, albeit modestly.
We support the activities of the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra as a special member (corporate member).
We believe that great art enriches our lives, and we consider it a corporate mission to cherish and nurture various cultures that have been passed down through generations. By assisting one of Japan’s representative orchestras, we hope to contribute, even slightly, to the development of culture.
We sponsor the American football team “IBM BIG BLUE” and the rugby team “BIG BLUES.”
Sports bring us physical and mental fulfillment and joy, fostering human connection, relationships, and solidarity. We are participating as runners and sponsors in the NIPPON IT Charity Ekiden.
The theme of the “NIPPON IT Charity Ekiden” is to support, encourage, and connect with each other to overcome the present while helping the youth of the future through the sport of ekiden. The sponsorship funds and participation fees will be donated to the NPO FDA (Future Dream Achievement), which supports employment for individuals dealing with “depression” and “social withdrawal.”
